Considering the many tournament-tier fishing features of the Hatteras 54 Convertible and the rave reviews she has received from design experts, journalists, and marine enthusiasts everywhere, the term "entry-level" seems inadequate. This legendary performer is renowned for her incredible strength and seaworthiness, and she draws just 4'2" thanks to deep tunnel pockets. Her large flybridge and cockpit with raised seating create excellent visibility and extra room to work the lines. A well-designed interior offers three staterooms and two heads, and combines the classic (genuine wood cabinetry and accents) with the modern (state-of-the-art systems and electronics). Truly, this is a quintessential convertible from one of the world's best builders of superior sportfishing boats.

Once aboard the large cockpit one steps up two steps to the mezzanine level and into the hinged salon door offset to starboard.

The aft facing mezzanine seating for four to five persons offers a great view of the baits under the overhang of the flybridge deck.

The salon has a large L shaped sofa to port to seat four to five persons with storage below.

Forward to starboard is an L shaped dinette for four persons with a Corian tabletop set upon a single cherry leg.

To port in a U shape is the open galley which features Corian countertops with two Sub Zero refrigerator drawers and two Sub Zero freezer drawers with an icemaker. There is a four burner glass cook top and a microwave/convection oven plus a dishwasher. The stainless steel under mount sink has a garbage disposal and a removable spray faucet. 

Also in the salon/galley area is a carpeted sole, a 42” port facing TV, two deep storage drawers that pull out of the Corian backsplash in the galley, a 32” TV facing aft at the dinette, a Bose Audio system, LED overhead lights, soffit AC delivery system and shades over the large side windows.

Three wood steps lead below to the accommodations with a twin lower berth cabin to the starboard side with access to the forward guest head and shower.

To port is the owner’s cabin with a walk around queen size berth with twin nightstands and hinged storage below, opening outboard portlights, ample storage and a Bose sound system. Forward is a 32” TV over two large storage drawers and access to the owner’s private head with stall shower. Separate washer/dryer units are located behind a door in the centerline companionway.

Back in the companionway all the way forward is the VIP cabin with an island double berth, padded hull sides, upholstered headboard, deck hatch above, stereo speakers, two hanging lockers and wood shelves port and starboard with hinged tops to act as nightstands.

The guest head has access doors from the center companionway, a sink, toilet and stall shower.
